Agreement

These terms govern your use of chatsworthwebdesign.com, including the speed test and the offer pages under /go, and the text messaging program described below. The site is operated by United Digital Corporation. By using the site or opting in to messages you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Websites we design, build and host for clients are governed by the agreement for that work, and where the two differ, that agreement controls.

Text messaging program

United Digital Corporation sends messages about your enquiry and your website, and promotional messages to those who separately opt in, from its business number. By opting in you agree to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• To stop, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and nothing more.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include the major United States carriers. Delivery is subject to your carrier and your device.

The speed test

The speed test runs Google’s PageSpeed Insights against a public web page you name and shows you the result. You may only test a site you own or are authorised to act for. The scores are Google’s measurements at the moment of the test and may differ from one run to the next; they are information, not a promise about what any work of ours would change.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use its forms for their stated purpose. You may not scrape it, probe or overload it, submit false information, impersonate anyone, or use the forms to send unsolicited material.

Content and intellectual property

The site, its text, design, code and marks belong to United Digital Corporation or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, beyond what is needed to view the site. Client names and work shown on the site appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.

Offers on this site

Prices and terms shown on the site, including the monthly website subscription, describe what we offer at the time you read them. An order is placed only when we confirm it with you, and the agreement for that order sets out the price, what is included, billing and cancellation. We may change what we offer on the site at any time; a change does not affect an order already confirmed.

No advice, no warranty

The site is provided as it is. Descriptions of our services and results are general and are not a guarantee of any result for your business. Nothing on the site is legal or financial advice. We do not warrant that the site is free of errors or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, United Digital Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the messaging program, and our total liability for any claim connected to them is limited to one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not permit these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

Third parties

The site links to other sites and relies on services run by others, including Vercel, HighLevel, Resend, Google and Meta. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute about them is brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
