Westminster Presbyterian Church Preschool
A preschool site where a parent can tour, register, and pay the right amount without a single paper form.

The business
Westminster Presbyterian Church Preschool in Westlake Village has run a play-based program as a ministry of the church since 1971. Five class levels, from age two through transitional kindergarten, and a certified outdoor learning classroom.
Its families are local, busy, and enrolling for a year at a time. The office is small.
What it needed
The school registered children on paper. The site had to take that form online without changing it, so the office kept the document it already knew, and it had to get the fees right the first time.
It also had to let the school update programs, staff, tuition, and the calendar itself, every year, without calling us.

What we built
Eleven pages, and a form that fills itself in.
01
Registration that comes out as the school's own PDF
The form covers the child, the parents, the class, extended care, and the agreement. As a parent picks a class and options, the monthly fee updates in place.
On submit the server checks every field and every fee again, saves the registration, fills the school's official Acrobat form with the answers, and emails it to the office as an attachment with the parent on reply.

02
Summer camp by the day
Six themed weeks as a grid of days a parent can tick individually. The total updates as they choose, and the request lands in the same inbox as registrations.

03
Five programs a parent can compare
Each class level with its age, days, and hours, color-coded, with the year's changes called out in one band. Tuition has its own page with a table and the extended-care options beside it.

04
The day, in order, in real photographs
Drop-off, circle time, learning centers, creative exploration, snack, outdoors. The classrooms page follows the rhythm of a morning using the school's own photography, then opens onto the outdoor classroom.

What changed
Registration is a link now.
A parent can read the programs, book a tour, register, and sign up for camp from a phone, and the office receives the same PDF it has always filed, already filled in. Programs, staff, tuition, and the calendar are edited by the school each year from a plain form.
